Fashion designer and Algiers native, Daej Eunique, started her career path at only 14 years old. Daej and her family took a lot of cruises so swimsuits were regularly rotating through her clothing options. She wasn’t a fan of all of the options on the market – which prompted her to print out body templates and creating her own swimwear designs.
By the age of 15, Daej put on her first fashion show and even held a casting call at City Park.
At 16 she went to a summer fashion program in Paris. Eunique even met the head designer at Christian Dior. Time was well spent with this French inspiration as Daej finished up her summer 2017 collection while there.
Daej began selling her first pieces when she was 17. Then this past summer, at 18 years old, she released two swimsuit collections based on zodiac signs. She is hoping to have a storefront within the next year.
While she has accomplished a lot early in her life, I’m sure we have a lot more to see from her.
