0-$100k: 12 sales total; New Orleans East had the overwhelming majority of these sales
$100k-$200k: 37 sales; New Orleans East was the clear winner in this category! Though the Lower 9th was hot on their heels!
$200k-$300k: 25 sales; Gentilly swept this category, but you could find some good ones in this price range in Algiers or some fixer-uppers in the Bywater
$300k-$400k: 18 sales; Gentilly had 4 of these sales – the others were spread out across the city!
$400-$500k: 26 sales; Mid-City & Algiers Point each had 4 of these sales
$500-$750k: 39 sales; the sales were widely spread out, but Lakeview had the most
$750k-$1M: 10 sales; East Riverside & Uptown tied for this one
$1M & Up: 6 sales; Marigny was the winner; the highest sale was $2M
Multi-Family Homes
- 0-$100k: no sales in this price range
- $100-$200k: 9 sales; they were spread out and included St. Roch & New Orleans East
- $200-$300k: 16 sales; St. Claude was the winner
- $300-$400k: 6 sales; Bayou St. John had 2 of the sales
- $400-$500k: 9 sales; The winner was Fontainebleau
- $500-$750k: 13 sales; Bywater was the top dog here
- $750k-$1M: 3 sales with one in the East, one in the LGD, and one in Bayou St. John
- $1M & Up: 1 sale was in the Audubon neighborhood
