Park Talk

The City Park neighborhood has lots of delicious food and fun bar options. It’s a walkable area that has access to the streetcar line too. The best part of this neighborhood is the actual park! City Park has 1300 acres of fun to access. You can rent bikes, go kayaking, meditate under a tree – whatever your heart desires!

Here are a few of my favorite things in City Park:

NOMA

New Orleans Museum of Art is one of my favorite spots in the city. Who doesn’t love some peace and quiet while taking in some culture? They have a permanent collection along with new collections that regularly rotate through. Wednesdays are free for Louisiana residents too! They also offer art classes, a book club, & a little cafe.

City Putt

City Putt is the only putt-putt in the city! They have 2 different courses, with a total of 36 holes. They have New Orleans street names and iconic locations featured along the course. Earlier in 2017, they replaced the greens – so, it looks even cooler now! And for the adults looking to jazz up a friendly round of golf, they sell beer and wine at the clubhouse.
