- Info/Lagniappe: $125 Kristina Zabalaoui of NOLA Charcuterie will lead you in your cheese board build experience. Filled with a variety of meats, cheeses as well as the accompaniments and garnishes, these boards can be customized to your liking. We take you through the tips and tricks, and offer pairing suggestions, to creating a balanced board. You’ll leave with your very own NOLA Board to use for your future events!
