- What: 3rd Annual Trap Yoga & Mimosas

- Info/Lagniappe: Trap Yoga is as simple as it sounds. Vinyasa or Flow style yoga but replace the calm Himalayan chants with Migos, 2Chainz, New Orleans Bounce and other twerk-inducing music. After the flow, we skip the protein shakes and instead, refuel with Mimosas… There is Vitamin C in there somewhere… The flow will be led by a yoga instructor from Jacksonville, Florida- Alnisa Turner, A.K.A I Am The Yoga Woman. Alnisa is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, Trainer. She will take yall through a fun, challenging, all-levels flow that also requires an explicit language.

By the end of the walk, you’ll know more about our public art than most locals.
