  • What: Mutts: The Book Launch
  • Where: Gris-Gris, 1800 Magazine

  • Info/Lagniappe: Join us at Gris Gris for a special event with Copper Dog Whiskey and Olivia Grey Pritchard Photography to celebrate the launch of Mutts! This amazing book celebrates the mystery of the mixed breeds. Tickets are $30 and include access to the book signing, a Copper Dog cocktail and passed hors d’oeuvres by Gris Gris. All proceeds go directly to the pups of Take Paws Rescue!

  • Info/Lagniappe: Offered by Creative Community League, the “Author Talks” series hosts local authors and academics writing about issues important to women and families in Louisiana and the Gulf South. Robin Marty is Director of Operations for West Alabama Women’s Center in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She is also the author of “A New Handbook for a Post-Roe America” and “The End of Roe v. Wade,” and her work can be found at NBC, Time Magazine, Cosmopolitan, Politico, Rolling Stone and more.

  • Info/Lagniappe: We’ve got two full days of great food from 35+ vendors, entertainment from 100 musicians across three stages, and all-new experiences in store for our 5th anniversary event. Tickets are $15 per day and $20 for a weekend pass (kids 12 & under get in free).
