$100k-$200k: 28 sales; New Orleans East was the winner for this price range
$200k-$300k: 33 sales; 7th Ward had the majority of these sales
$300k-$400k: 19 sales; Treme had the most sales. Houses ranged from excellent to average condition at this price range
$400-$500k: 11 sales; Gentilly had the most with 3 of the sales; the others were scattered across the city
$500-$750k: 30 sales; Marigny was the hottest ‘hood in this price point.
$750k-$1M: 9sales; East Riverside was deemed the winner!
$1M & Up: 13 sales; This one was tied between the Garden and Lower Garden Districts
