Single-Family Homes
0-$100k: 8 sales total; Algiers had the most, and these are all fixer-uppers!
$100k-$200k: 32 sales; the Lower 9th Ward was the winner for this price range
$200k-$300k: 27 sales; New Orleans East had the majority of these sales (UP 42% from October last year!)
$300k-$400k: 11 sales; Gentilly had the most sales. Houses ranged from excellent to average condition at this price range
$400-$500k: 14 sales; East Carrollton had the most with 3 of the sales; the others were scattered across the city
$500-$750k: 21 sales; Lakeview was the hottest ‘hood in this price point, but most of it was concentrated in West End
$750k-$1M: 13 sales; West Riverside had 4 of these sales and was deemed the winner!
$1M & Up: 11 sales; Audubon was the winner with by far most of the sales; however, the highest sales was $6M in the French Quarter
Multi-Family Homes
- 0-$100k: 3 sales; 7th Ward
- $100-$200k: 9 sales; 7th Ward
- $200-$300k: 12 sales; New Orleans East
- $300-$400k: 18 sales; St. Roch had half the sales
- $400-$500k: 6 sales; the winner was Mid-City
- $500-$750k: 6 sales; Audubon had almost all these sales
- $750k-$1M: 2 sales; one in the City Park neighborhood and the other in the Irish Channel
- $1M & Up: 1 sale; it was in the Uptown neighborhood for $1.77M
