$100k-$200k: 25 sales; Gentilly was the clear winner in this category!
$200k-$300k: 27 sales; Algiers was our winner; houses ranged from new construction (in Algiers!) to houses in need of some love (Central City & Lakeview)
$300k-$400k: 15 sales; This one was tied in two neighborhoods – Uptown & St. Claude
$400-$500k: 22 sales; East Carrollton & Uptown tied it up!
$500-$750k: 28 sales; The Irish Channel won this month!
$750k-$1M: 13 sales; Lake Vista was our winner for February
$1M & Up: 17 sales; Audubon was the winner; the highest sale was $3.2M on Jefferson
