Who is moving to New Orleans right now? Doctors starting their residencies and military families are all grabbing houses before they have to get into town. We have also seen an uptick in people wanting to return to the city after a few-year hiatus.

0-$100k: 16 sales total; New Orleans East had the highest amount
$100k-$200k: 38 sales total; Algiers dominated this category
$200k-$300k: 32 sales total; Algiers again won this price point
$300k-$400k: 22 sales total; Well… if you can believe it… Algiers won this one, too!
$400-$500k: 21 sales total; Lakeview got this one. They usually find themselves in a higher price point, which tells us either fixer-uppers were selling and/or smaller and older homes.
$500-$750k: 26 sales total; East Carrollton narrowly won this round
$750k-$1M: 11 sales total; Lake Vista was killing it this month in this price range
$1M & Up: 20 sales total; Garden District won here, and the highest priced sale was $4.5M, located at 11 Lasalle in the Audubon Neighborhood
