Single-Family Homes
0-$100k: 12 sales; New Orleans East had the most
$100k-$200k: 23 sales; Algiers dominated this round with over half of the sales
$200k-$300k: 40 sales; Algiers again was the winner with having affordable, move-in ready inventory
$300k-$400k: 23 sales; Gentilly brought home the gold!
$400-$500k: 17 sales; Lakeview & Gentilly tied it up this round
$500-$750k: 21 sales; Lakeview had about half of the sales while the rest were mainly Uptown and in Audubon
$750k-$1M: 10 sales; Lower Coast won this round with sales in English run and The Arbors
$1M & Up: 12 sales; Lake Vista was the winner even though they only had 3 of the sales. The rest were scattered around the city!
Multi-Family Homes
- 0-$100k: 2 sales; St. Claude & Central City
- $100-$200k: 14 sales; Algiers had the most sales
- $200-$300k: 14 sales; Mid-City had the majority
- $300-$400k: 15 sales; Milan
- $400-$500k: 5 sales; the winner was Mid-City
- $500-$750k: 12 sales; Uptown had a handful of these sales
- $750k-$1M: 3 sales; Marigny was the winner
- $1M & Up: 1 sale; East Carrollton
