$300k-$400k: 24 sales; Gentilly dominated this price range!
$400-$500k: 20 sales; Lakeview & Treme tied this round. Lakeview typically wins this category.
$500-$750k: 30 sales; the sales were widely spread out, but the Irish Channel & Lower Coast tied it up!
$750k-$1M: 13 sales; Lake Vista was the winner here!
$1M & Up: 8 sales; Audubon was the winner (who typically wins this category!); the highest sale was $2.3M at 1403 Webster
