My memory is muddy. What’s this river that I’m in?

With a suburban feel but a short drive to Mid-City, Downtown, or Uptown, Broadmoor residents feel like they live in the best part of New Orleans. Once a marsh that people would go fishing in, this neighborhood is now one of the most peaceful places to call home.

This part of New Orleans has one of the most active community centers too. The Broadmoor Arts and Wellness Center is a place for social services, a food pantry, and counseling. You can also enroll your child in karate classes, take a hula-hooping class for yourself, and so much more.
