731 St. Charles Condos are located in the Warehouse District of New Orleans. As of October 2020, construction has not been completed. The original building was erected in 1865 and used in the 1872 Grand Industrial Exposition. But this building was better known as the Washington Artillery Hall – where the first Rex ball was held.
