- 300k-400k: 39 sales; St. Claude was the winner
- 400k-500k: 26 sales; Milan had the most sales
- 500k-750k: 55 sales; Bywater had the most sales in this price point
- 750k-1 Million: 26 sales; East Riverside won this one
- 1M & Up: 36 sales; Garden District took home the prize this time; the highest sale was 3.5M
