- 300k-400k: 26 sales; Gentilly was the winner
- 400k-500k: 26 sales; Algiers Point & the Fairgrounds tied it up!
- 500k-750k: 30 sales; we had another tie with West End & Broadmoor
- 750k-1 Million: 15 sales; Uptown won this one
- 1M & Up: 24 sales; Audubon won this round; the highest sale was $2.85M in the Garden District
