Single-Family Homes
0-$100k: 12 sales total; Algiers had the most sales with 4 of them
$100k-$200k: 25 sales; New Orleans East was the clear winner in this category!
$200k-$300k: 22 sales; Algiers & New Orleans East tied it up; houses ranged from new construction (in St. Claude!) to houses in need of full renovations (Irish Channel)
$300k-$400k: 23 sales; This one was tied in three neighborhoods – Lakeview, Gentilly, & Algiers
$400-$500k: 10 sales; while Milan only had two sales, they were the winner!
$500-$750k: 22 sales; Lakeview had almost all of these sales!
$750k-$1M: 5 sales; the neighborhoods ranged from Lower Coast, West Riverside, East Carrollton, & the Marigny
$1M & Up: 11 sales; Audubon was the winner; the highest sale was $2.725M on Walnut Street
Multi-Family Homes
- 0-$100k: no sales in this price range
- $100-$200k: 7 sales; Hollygrove had 2 of these sales and the remainder were across the city
- $200-$300k: 12 sales; 7th Ward was the winner
- $300-$400k: 11 sales; Broadmoor & Carrollton tied this up
- $400-$500k: 6 sales; The winner was the 7th Ward
- $500-$750k: 5 sales; Bywater, Marigny, LGD, Gentilly, & Navarre each had one
- $750k-$1M: 5 sales; Uptown had the most
- $1M & Up: 1 sale in Central City for $1.06M
