If you’re especially unfamiliar with certain New Orleans neighborhoods, you should go take a drive through them. You need to make sure you’re digging the vibe of the area.
Look at the disclosures.
If you really like a particular house, ask your agent for a copy of the disclosures ahead of time. This might answer any questions you’ve been wondering.
