$400-$500k: 21 sales; Gentilly had the most with 5 of the sales; the others were scattered across the city
$500-$750k: 28 sales; Irish Channel was the hottest ‘hood in this price point.
$750k-$1M: 17 sales; Touro was deemed the winner!
$1M & Up: 16 sales; Garden District got this round with 5 of the sales! The highest-priced sale was located at 2912 Prytania for $4.5M
