Single-Family Homes
0-$100k: 15 sales total; The Lower 9th Ward had the bulk of them
$100k-$200k: 25 sales; Algiers won this one. Houses ranged from excellent to poor condition at this price point. And even one new construction home!
$200k-$300k: 32 sales; Gentilly was the winner. This price point included a new build in St. Claude and a fixer-upper in Lake Terrace.
$300k-$400k: 14 sales; Fontainebleau, and there was even a new build in New Orleans East in this price range.
$400-$500k: 17 sales; East Carrollton won this category. All of these sales were move-in-ready homes.
$500-$750k: 25 sales; The Bywater was the hottest ‘hood in this price point; this also included a beautiful renovation in Central City and a house in need of a gut renovation in the Uptown neighborhood.
$750k-$1M: 10 sales; Lakeview was a winner this month!
$1M & Up: 11 sales; Audubon was the winner of this category; the highest sale was $2.225M in the Garden District
