Single-Family Homes
0-$100k: 14 sales total; New Orleans East had the bulk of them
$100k-$200k: 31 sales; New Orleans East won this one again. Houses ranged from excellent to poor condition at this price point.
$200k-$300k: 21 sales; Gentilly was the winner. This price point included a new build in St. Claude and a fixer-upper in the West End.
$300k-$400k: 27 sales; East Carrollton & the Fairgrounds tied it up, and there was even a new build in Gentilly in this price range.
$400-$500k: 18 sales; Lakeview won this category. This price range included a fixer-upper in West Riverside and a new build in Gentilly.
$500-$750k: 26 sales; Lakeview was the hottest ‘hood in this price point; this also included a new build & a gut renovation project in the Lower Garden District too
$750k-$1M: 8 sales; Uptown was a winner this month!
$1M & Up: 19 sales; Audubon was the winner of this category; the highest sale was $2.099M in the Warehouse District
Multi-Family Homes
- 0-$100k: 2 sales; Hollygrove & The East
- $100-$200k: 4 sales; mixed across the city
- $200-$300k: 15 sales; 7th Ward was the winner
- $300-$400k: 8 sales; St. Roch had half of the sales
- $400-$500k: 8 sales; sales were spread out across the city
- $500-$750k: 9 sales; Treme had three of those sales
- $750k-$1M: 3 sales; Milan, LGD, and Uptown
- $1M & Up: 1 sale; the Milan neighborhood had this sale at $1.315M
