- 100k-200k: 34 sales; New Orleans East was the winner
- 200k-300k: 36 sales; Algiers was the clear winner of this category
- 300k-400k: 25 sales; St. Claude was the winner
- 400k-500k: 28 sales; Fontainebleau had the most sales
- 500k-750k: 32 sales; Lakeview had the most sales in this price point
- 750k-1 Million: 23 sales; Uptown won this one with eight of the transactions
- 1M & Up: 16 sales; Audubon had 8 of the sales, making them the front-runner; the highest sale was 1.5M
Multi-Family Home Sales:
- 0-100k: 2 sales; Leonidas & St. Roch
- 100k-200k: 15 sales; Holy Cross had the most
- 200k-300k: 8 sales; Hollygrove dominated this category too
- 300k-400k: 12 sales; Algiers Point was the winner with four of them
- 400k-500k: 11 sales; Fontainebleau
- 500k-750k: 11 sales; Uptown had the most sales here
- 750k-1 Million: 6 sales; Audubon had half of the sales
- 1M & Up: 3 sales; Garden District, French Quarter, and Lake Terrace each had a sale. The highest sale was $2.9M
