  • What: John “Papa” Gros 8th Annual Carnival Kickoff
  • Where: Maple Leaf Bar, 8316 Oak 
  • Time: 10:00pm
  • Info/Lagniappe: Papa kicks off the final two weekends of the Carnival Season with the 8th Annual Carnival Kickoff at the Maple Leaf Bar. Papa brings the Mardi Gras Mambo to celebrate the Mardi Gras spirit. Don’t miss this annual tradition.

  • What: Mardi Gras Tea
  • Where:  Windsor Court’s Le Salon, 300 Gravier Street
  • Time: 11:00am & 2:00pm
  • Info/Lagniappe: With the finest teas and teatime treats, a special Mardi Gras themed dessert will accompany the decadent afternoon tea. $67 per adult and $47 per child including tax and gratuity. There will also be a book signing by Matt Haines, notable author of The Big Book of King Cake and The Little Book of King Cake.
