  • Where: The Saenger Theatre, 1111 Canal

  • Where: New Orleans Museum of Art, 1 Collins Diboll

  • Info/Lagniappe: Immerse yourself in artist Wangechi Mutu’s world through the exhibition in the first-floor Ella West Freeman Galleries and the pavilion in the Besthoff Sculpture Garden. Headlining the evening is a DJ set by renowned and globally popular Kenyan musician, producer, and DJ Blinky Bill, featuring tracks from his new album We Cut Keys 2

  • Where: Sazerac House, 101 Magazine
  • Time: 6:00-7:15pm
  • Info/Lagniappe: Guests will sample mini cocktails during the experience: The Peychaud’s Spritz, Bourbon Milk Punch, Frozen Hurricane Daiquiri, and a celebratory sip of the Ojen Cocktail. These drinks are only made better next to a slice of Haydel’s King Cake! Hosted by local drinks historian, Elizabeth Pearce. $35 per person.

  • Where: Chickie Wah Wah, 2828 Canal

  • Info/Lagniappe: 100% ska and reggae show for the Mardi Gras Season at one of our favorite venues Chickie Wah Wah. BAD OPERATION + SHANTYTOWN DUB ALLSTARS ** 9pc band connecting the dots between New Orleans R&B and Jamaican ska, rocksteady, and reggae fronted by Papa Mali.

  • Where: Armstrong Park, 701 N Rampart

  • Info/Lagniappe: The pawty starts on Armstrong Park at 10am. Parade line up is at 1pm with the parade rolling promptly at 2pm. The parade rolls for 16 blocks through the French Quarter.
