Congregation Coffee are coffee roasters with a coffee shop in Algiers Point. They also sell sweet and savory food, including pastries and muffins from Levee Bakery and house-made sandwiches on breads from La Boulangerie.

We named the coffee roasting business after the term used for a group of alligators — as in a congregation of alligators. The various blends are named after the way the creatures move: The “High Walk” is a regular blend, the “Low Walk” is a decaf and the “Gallop” is a dark roast.
