1. Tell me about what you do.
It’s called dreamcrafting. We work with your dreams as a source of healing, creativity, and expression.
Some call me a “dream reader”. I facilitate individuals or groups to learn how to work with their dreams in order to take those lessons, energy, or wisdom into their waking life.
I use different techniques and even somatic practices in all of this work. Embodied imagination is another dream work technique I use.
Dream yoga is a vehicle for expression of your dreams. We use yoga to get into your body and bring the feeling of the dreams into the body in order to be transformed. In dream yoga there are techniques likes visualization, meditation, and free movement. I have been teaching yoga for 7 years. I created dream yoga to bring the practices together.
2. How long have you been in business?
May of 2017 is when I started dreamcrafting. I opened my studio in May of 2018.
3. How do people find you online?
4. What is lesser known about your business that you wish more people knew?
How important dreams are. Dreams can help guide you more than even a life coach can. You have all the wisdom from your own soul. We tend to go outwards to look for answers instead of looking within.
5. Lagniappe Info.
I have always been drawn to dreams.
If you want more than just a dream reading, you can schedule deeper work with me. We can do 4 to 8 sessions. These sessions can be used for collaborative, creative or healing purposes.
Dreaming is a lot of bodywork. The dream yoga compliments that.
Using embodied imagination techniques, I created a play with another woman that went for 7 years.
If you are looking for a new path, whether it’s a new job or you want to write a book, I work with individuals and artists to help them find that path.
I hold workshops for dreaming so you can “experience your dreams”. It encompasses all the techniques and you practice dream art.
